1. Jib Cranes:

Jib cranes are the go-to solution for tackling lifting challenges. They are the most cost effective solution and are available in a number of different variations. What we refer to as a standard jib crane is a top braced freestanding crane with an arm of varying length up to 6.0m long with a hoist to carry out the lifting.

Jib Crane Types:

These self-supporting cranes offer a 270° rotation for maximum reach and are ideal for open work areas. This can be increased to a full 360° rotation if required.

Space-saving and cost-effective, these cranes are perfect for situations where wall structures can support the load. Or as another alternative, this crane can be mounted to a suitable column in the building.

This is similar to a standard jib crane except there is a second track mounted underneath the main track. This enables it to retract to get around an obstruction and then extend once clear to reach its full length.

As the name suggests, these cranes are designed to operate where the ceiling or other structure is quite low.

These are normally lighter-duty cranes and they are mounted to a steel base which can be moved around using a forklift.

2. Monorail Crane:

Need a precise and efficient lifting solution that saves space? Look no further than the monorail crane, a minimalist champion known for its targeted strength. Think of it as a one-track highway for your hoist. This single beam, engineered for safety and load capacity, allows for smooth, targeted movement in a single direction.

Why Choose a Monorail Crane?

Precise Positioning:

From delicate machinery to bulky materials, the monorail crane delivers pinpoint accuracy.

Streamlined Production:

Move materials directly between workstations and assembly lines with ease. The rail doesn’t necessarily have to be straight, a curved beam can be installed if required.

Space-Saving Efficiency:

Maximise your floor space with a compact crane that doesn’t need room for side-to-side travel.

Cost-Effective Solution:

Compared to more complex crane types, monorails offer an affordable yet robust lifting solution.

3. Track Cranes: Champions of Being is the Right Place:

Imagine effortlessly guiding even the heaviest, most awkward loads through your workspace with pinpoint accuracy. The track crane, a champion of smooth lifting known for its durability and precision. This overhead system features a free-running trolley that travels along a track, allowing effortless movement in all directions across large spaces.

Benefits of Track Cranes:

Effortless Precision:

Smoothly manoeuvre even bulky or unwieldy loads with laser-like accuracy.

Durability Champion:

Built to last, with rigorous testing ensuring years of reliable service.

Cost-Effective Efficiency:

Optimise your workflow and save time with minimal maintenance needs.

Modular Adaptability:

Customise your system to perfectly fit your space and operational needs.
