Heavy-Duty Mechanical Vacuum Lifter for Steel Plate
The Victory Sentinel VSM-2000-1 is a 2000kg mechanical vacuum lifter for horizontal handling of suitable flat steel plate. It uses one large 1000 × 580mm suction pad to grip a clean, smooth and non-porous lifting surface.
The lifter generates vacuum through its mechanical action as the crane raises the lifting point. No battery, electrical connection or compressed air supply is required. The VSM-2000-1 can be used with an appropriately rated crane or hoist in fabrication workshops and other industrial handling applications.

How the VSM-2000-1 Works
Lower the lifter until its pad sits flat against a suitable area of the plate. As the crane raises the lifting point and tensions the chain, the mechanical system creates a vacuum to grip the load.
Move the plate horizontally and lower it onto a stable support. Once the load is fully supported, lower the lifter and fully slacken the chain to release it.
Confirm Plate Suitability Before Lifting
The 2000kg rating does not mean you can lift every plate below that weight. Assess plate dimensions, thickness, stiffness, surface condition, and centre of gravity. The full suction pad needs suitable contact with a clean, flat, smooth and non-porous surface.
