Six-Pad Mechanical Vacuum Lifter for Steel Sheet and Plate
The Victory Sentinel VSM-600-6 is a 600kg mechanical vacuum lifter designed for horizontal handling of suitable flat steel sheets and plates. Its six suction pads are arranged across a 2000 × 800mm frame, providing multiple contact points for larger sheets.
The Sentinel creates vacuum through its mechanical lifting action. It needs no battery, electrical connection or compressed air supply. Use it with a suitable crane or hoist to lift, move and position material around a workshop or production area.

How the Victory Sentinel Works
Lower the VSM-600-6 onto the material so all six pads make proper contact. As the crane lifts and tensions the chain, the lifter creates a vacuum to grip the load. Once the material is positioned and fully supported, lower the lifter and fully slacken the chain to release it.
Check Your Application
The 600kg rating alone does not establish whether a particular sheet can be lifted. The material, sheet dimensions, thickness, stiffness and surface condition all need to be assessed. Each pad must make suitable contact with a clean, smooth, flat and non-porous surface. The crane or hoist must also suit the complete lifting arrangement.
