Four-Pad Mechanical Vacuum Lifter for Steel Sheets
The Victory Sentinel VSM-800-4 is an 800kg four-pad mechanical vacuum lifter for horizontal handling of suitable flat steel sheets and plates. Four 300mm suction pads are arranged across an 1800 × 800mm frame, providing contact at multiple points on the load.
This configuration may be useful where a sheet needs support across a wider area than a single-pad lifter provides. The VSM-800-4 generates vacuum through its mechanical lifting action and does not require a battery, electrical connection or compressed air supply.

How the VSM-800-4 Works
Position the lifter so that all four suction pads sit flat against suitable lifting areas on the material. As the crane raises the lifting point and tensions the chain, the mechanical system creates a vacuum to grip the load.
Move the sheet horizontally and lower it onto a stable support. Once the load is fully supported, lower the lifter and fully slacken the chain to release it.
Assess the Whole Sheet Before Lifting
The 800kg safe working load is only one selection factor. Assess sheet dimensions, thickness, stiffness, surface finish, centre of gravity, and the position of all four pads. Each pad needs proper contact with a clean, smooth, flat and non-porous surface.
