Choose Between the Two Models
NL-HS-2.5 — 181kg Capacity
The NL-HS-2.5 offers the higher load capacity in this range, handling up to 181kg at the specified 254mm load centre.
Its maximum lifting height is 2.5 metres with the forks down, or 3 metres with the forks up. The 610mm leg width is an important dimension to consider when checking access and clearance around the load.
NL-HS-3.0 — 159kg Capacity
The NL-HS-3.0 provides greater lifting reach, with a maximum height of 3 metres with the forks down, or 3.6 metres with the forks up.
Its maximum load capacity is 159kg at the specified 254mm load centre. Choose this model when additional height is needed and the intended load is within its capacity.
Adjustable Forks for Different Loads
Both models have 736mm-long forks.
Adjustable spacing lets you position the forks for different load dimensions. Before selecting a stacker, check that the load can be supported securely and that its centre of gravity matches the specified load centre.
Fork width and leg width are separate measurements. Check both when assessing clearance around equipment, benches and supporting fixtures.
Applications for NL Hand Stackers

- Raising components to benches and assembly stations
- Positioning suitable equipment during installation
- Lifting maintenance parts and workshop materials
- Handling suitable cartons, fixtures and other supported goods
Select the model based on total load weight, required height, load dimensions, and available working space.
