Shipping & Delivery Policy

Materials Handling Solutions (MHS) considers the order received at the time of successful online transmission.

On payment, monies will be withdrawn from your nominated payment method and you will receive a confirmation email from our ordering system within 10 minutes of your order (depending on your email system this may take longer). It is your responsibility to confirm all item are correct on this order and call us if an error has been made.

You can cancel an order any time prior to us shipping the goods to you, unless we have had to bring the goods in from another supplier, in which case there may be a restocking fee charged to you.

Materials Handling Solutions (MHS) will deliver the goods to the address specified by you on your order.

Materials Handling Solutions (MHS) will not deliver beyond the goods inwards location of the address specified without your consent.

If you request Materials Handling Solutions (MHS) to deliver beyond your goods inwards location, you agree to indemnify and hold Materials Handling Solutions (MHS), its employees and agents harmless from any Loss incurred in delivering the goods beyond your goods inwards location.

Any person who accepts receipt of the goods at the address specified by you will be presumed by Materials Handling Solutions (MHS) to be your authorised recipient of the goods.

If there is no one to receive the goods at the specified address please leave instruction on where to leave the goods, if there are no instruction, we will not leave the goods and a further delivery fee may be charged to redeliver the goods at another time.

Materials Handling Solutions (MHS) does not ship to addresses outside Australia.

The average timeframe for delivery of goods that we hold in stock is between 2 and 6 days, depending on the delivery option you select.
